There have been a couple developments this week in the investigations into the hit-and-run crashes that killed bicyclists in Racine and Kenosha County.

Police are investigating a suspicious fire at a Racine hair salon. Investigators said some sort of flammable liquid was thrown at the door of Luerene's Beauty at Kinzie and Arthur avenues.
